Giordano is a last-year L.L.B candidate at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, in Brazil. He has been engaged in research activities in the field of arbitration, international economic law and business law. He has also participated in several moot courts, including the 27th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, and is currently participating in the 2022 Edition of the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot.

 

Giordano was selected for a scholarship at the 2022 Session of the International Academy for Arbitration Law, in Paris. He has previous internship experiences in commercial arbitration, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, in top-tier law firms in Brazil.
